The Doylestown Bookshop is an independent bookstore,
entirely locally owned and operated. We are dedicated
to preserving the heritage and ideals of the
independent bookstore tradition. We offer our
clientele hometown service with a super store
selection.
At 8,000 square feet, we are able to offer a huge
selection of New Releases, Current Bestsellers,
Classic and Current DVDs, Gift Certificates in any
dollar amount, we have a large gift room which
includes candles, fine and every day stationery, gifts
wrap, bags, paper and cards for all seasons and
occasions.
We stock books which reflect the interests and needs
of our community and provide a forum for local
authors, artists and musicians. We also support local
charities and activities.
We host several book Reading Groups, Children's Story
time, and more. Our store also offers a discount club
for frequent buyers and an E Mail Newsletter which you
can sign up for in store or on this website which will
keep you informed on all of our special events and
activities. We can special order books for you or
point you in the right direction so that you may find
